Since 2001, Michael Kaup has tailored investment and insurance strategies for his clients, first as a financial planner with New England Financial, and now as the founder of Jockey Hollow Financial Services, LLC.
As a financial planner, Michael assists individuals and families with the development of cost-effective, tax efficient strategies to address a wide variety of financial goals, including: education funding; retirement planning; estate conservation; investments and wealth accumulation; and insurance and risk management.
He also works with business owners to customize employee benefit programs, employer sponsored retirement plans, executive compensation packages and business continuation strategies.
Michael began his career with New England Financial in Boston in 2001. After qualifying for the company's distinguished Leaders Association in 2002, he relocated to San Diego where he was a managing associate with New England Financial of the Southwest. In 2008, Michael joined New England Financial of North Jersey marking a long anticipated return to his home state.
A 1993 graduate of Fordham University, Michael also studied business at the Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College. He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and has been a guest speaker at universities, businesses and chambers of commerce leading conversations on a variety of financial planning subjects. Michael grew up in Bernardsville, N.J. and lives in Morristown, N.J.
